Bought a scooter and it died within a month. They refused to honor the warranty and were incredibly rude when I asked for help.

Good scooters but long wait

Worst customer service ever
They promised to call me when a part came in and never did. I had to chase them down for weeks. Terrible communication and no follow-through.
