I stopped by just to browse and ended up finding the right pickup for me. Nobody followed me around or pushed me into making a quick decision. When I had questions about the mileage and financing, I got clear answers without a bunch of runaround. They let me take a thorough test drive and look everything over. The final numbers matched what we discussed, and I was out the door with my truck sooner than expected. I would shop here again.

    Good car, honest conversation

    I had been shopping for a dependable commuter car and was tired of getting vague answers at other lots. Here, I was able to look over the vehicle without being interrupted every few minutes. The salesperson discussed the car's condition honestly, including a couple of cosmetic flaws I had already noticed. That made me feel more comfortable moving forward. Financing took a little time, but everything was explained in plain language, and the payment stayed within the range I had discussed.     Frustrating after the sale

    I was happy with the car during the test drive, but the experience went downhill after I signed. A warning light appeared soon afterward, and getting a clear response took several calls. When I finally brought the vehicle back, I waited longer than expected without much of an update. The issue was looked at, but I left feeling like my concern was treated as an inconvenience. I understand used cars can have problems, but communication and follow-through should have been much better.
