    Good car, honest conversation

    I had been shopping for a dependable commuter car and was tired of getting vague answers at other lots. Here, I was able to look over the vehicle without being interrupted every few minutes. The salesperson discussed the car's condition honestly, including a couple of cosmetic flaws I had already noticed. That made me feel more comfortable moving forward. Financing took a little time, but everything was explained in plain language, and the payment stayed within the range I had discussed. They cleaned the interior before I left and made sure I had the documents I needed. I am very happy with the car and the way I was treated.

    Frustrating after the sale

    I was happy with the car during the test drive, but the experience went downhill after I signed. A warning light appeared soon afterward, and getting a clear response took several calls. When I finally brought the vehicle back, I waited longer than expected without much of an update. The issue was looked at, but I left feeling like my concern was treated as an inconvenience. I understand used cars can have problems, but communication and follow-through should have been much better.

    Decent deal, slow process

    I have mixed feelings about my experience. The SUV I purchased was fairly priced, and everyone I spoke with was friendly enough. The problem was the amount of waiting. I was told the vehicle would be ready, but it still needed to be cleaned, and some of the paperwork had not been prepared. A tire pressure light also came on shortly after I left, which meant another trip back. They did take a look and handled the issue without arguing, so I appreciate that. I am satisfied with the SUV itself, but better communication and preparation would have made the whole purchase feel a lot more organized.

    Needed better follow-through

    I wanted this purchase to go better because the staff was polite at first. Unfortunately, the car was not ready at the agreed pickup time, and I spent a lot of time waiting for paperwork and a final cleaning. I also had to call more than once to get an answer about a minor issue I noticed after leaving. It was eventually addressed, but the process felt harder than it needed to be. I expected much better communication after the sale.
