    Mixed feelings

    I liked the selection and the salesperson was polite, but the numbers changed a little once financing was discussed. I left without buying. Not a terrible visit, just not as straightforward as I hoped.

    Communication fell short

    I bought a used car here because the test drive went well and the initial conversation felt comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience changed after I signed. A minor issue with the power window showed up almost immediately, and getting someone to call me back took several attempts. When I finally reached the dealership, I was told to bring it in, but there was confusion about when anyone could inspect it. I made a trip over and still left without a clear answer. I understand that used cars are not perfect, but better follow-up would have made a big difference. I expected more help so soon after the purchase and was disappointed with the communication.
