I bought a used car here because the test drive went well and the initial conversation felt comfortable. Unfortunately, the experience changed after I signed. A minor issue with the power window showed up almost immediately, and getting someone to call me back took several attempts. When I finally reached the dealership, I was told to bring it in, but there was confusion about when anyone could inspect it. I made a trip over and still left without a clear answer. I understand that used cars are not perfect, but better follow-up would have made a big difference. I expected more help so soon after the purchase and was disappointed with the communication.

I came in looking for a dependable used pickup and had a genuinely easy experience. The person helping me listened to what I needed instead of pushing me toward something more expensive. I was able to take a thorough test drive, check the bed and tires, and look over the history before making a decision. The financing options were laid out in plain language, with no surprise changes when it was time to sign. They even made sure the truck had fuel and was cleaned up before I left. I have driven it for a few weeks now with no issues. I would absolutely shop at 10 Auto LLC again.

I liked the vehicle during the test drive, but after getting it home I noticed a warning light and a strong odor from the vents. I called twice before getting a response. They did offer to look at it, but I expected better preparation and communication before the sale, especially from a local dealer.

I had a good experience shopping at 10 Auto LLC. Nobody hovered while I looked around, and when I was ready for a test drive, the salesperson had the keys out quickly. They answered my questions about the mileage, previous maintenance, and financing without giving me a hard sell. The car was clean and matched what I had seen in the listing. Paperwork was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable with the final numbers. My only complaint is that the process slowed down near the end, so I was there longer than planned. Still, the staff stayed friendly and I would consider buying here again.
