I brought my daughter along to look for her first car. The salesperson spoke to both of us, explained the safety features, and didn’t try to oversell us. We found a well-kept little car in our price range. The process took a bit of time, but everyone stayed helpful and pleasant.

Stopped in while visiting Cocoa and found exactly the kind of used truck I’d been hunting for. I liked the straightforward answers, clean cab, and easy test drive. I never felt rushed to sign.

I stopped at 123 Auto after looking at used SUVs at a few other lots around Cocoa. Right away, I liked that nobody followed me around or pushed me toward something outside my budget. The salesperson answered my questions, pulled up the vehicle history, and gave me plenty of time for a test drive. When I decided to buy, the financing options were explained in plain English and the paperwork matched what we had discussed. They also noticed a low tire before I left and took care of it. The whole visit felt relaxed and straightforward. I drove home in a clean, comfortable SUV and have been very happy with it so far.
