I stopped at 123 Auto after looking at used SUVs at a few other lots around Cocoa. Right away, I liked that nobody followed me around or pushed me toward something outside my budget. The salesperson answered my questions, pulled up the vehicle history, and gave me plenty of time for a test drive. When I decided to buy, the financing options were explained in plain English and the paperwork matched what we had discussed. They also noticed a low tire before I left and took care of it. The whole visit felt relaxed and straightforward. I drove home in a clean, comfortable SUV and have been very happy with it so far.

I bought a used car from 123 Auto because the test drive went well and the deal seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after I signed. The interior had not been cleaned as promised, one key was missing, and I had to call several times to get an update on the title paperwork. Each person I spoke with was polite, but I kept getting different answers and no clear timeline. The car itself is running okay, which is why this is not a one-star review, but the follow-up was frustrating. I expected better communication and for the small items discussed during the sale to be handled without repeated reminders.

I called ahead about a vehicle and was told it was available. After I drove over, nobody could locate it, then I was steered toward more expensive cars. I got no apology and felt like my time did not matter. I left angry and won’t return. This was an exhausting, completely avoidable waste of an afternoon.
