I regret starting the buying process here. I was told I would receive updates, but I ended up making repeated calls just to learn what was happening. My paperwork seemed to sit without progress, and the answers changed depending on who I spoke with. I understand that approvals and delivery can take time, but basic communication should not be this difficult. After weeks of uncertainty, I walked away and looked elsewhere. I would not recommend this experience to another first-time buyer.

    too many loose ends

    I wanted this to be a good experience because the staff was friendly when I first walked through the homes. Unfortunately, things became disorganized after I started the purchase process. Calls were not returned promptly, paperwork had to be corrected, and I got different answers about what was included with setup. When the home arrived, there were a few visible cosmetic issues that I reported right away. It took much longer than expected to get anyone to schedule a follow-up. I understand delays happen, but I shouldn’t have had to keep chasing updates. The home has potential, but the lack of communication and attention after the sale left me disappointed.

    communication was unacceptable

    I repeatedly called for updates after completing my paperwork and rarely got a clear answer. Different people gave me conflicting information about the timeline, and I felt ignored once they had my application. I eventually decided not to move forward. The whole process wasted my time and left me extremely frustrated.

    I liked the available homes and pricing, but communication became inconsistent after I turned in my application. Overall, it was just average.
