I dropped my car off in the morning and spent most of the day waiting for an update. When I finally reached someone, I got a vague answer and no clear completion time. The original issue was still present after pickup. I paid for a repair and expected both better communication and a working vehicle. I won’t return.

I brought my vehicle in for an overheating problem and was told I would hear back after the inspection. I ended up calling more than once because updates were limited, and the repair took longer than I expected. When I picked it up, the temperature was better, but I noticed a small coolant smell again a few days later. I understand that car problems can be difficult to pin down, but I expected better communication and more confidence that the issue was fully resolved. The employees were polite in person, which is why I’m not giving the lowest rating, but overall I left disappointed.
