I waited at the counter while employees continued their conversation. When I finally asked about a cable, the response felt dismissive. I left without buying anything. There are better ways to treat a customer.

I bought a used effects pedal that worked in the store but started cutting out when I tried it at home. I returned to ask about it and felt like my concern was brushed aside. I understand used equipment can have issues, but I expected more help troubleshooting or discussing an exchange.
