I had my electric guitar set up here, and it came back playing noticeably better. The neck feels right, the strings sit comfortably, and the staff explained what they adjusted. Very pleased with the work.

I bought a used effects pedal that worked in the store but started cutting out when I tried it at home. I returned to ask about it and felt like my concern was brushed aside. I understand used equipment can have issues, but I expected more help troubleshooting or discussing an exchange.
