I ask a lot of questions before making a major purchase, and nobody here acted bothered or tried to rush me. They walked me through the vehicle’s features, let me inspect it closely, and gave me enough time on the test drive to see how it handled in regular traffic. I went home to think about it and returned later without getting pressured by calls in between. When I decided to buy, the paperwork was prepared carefully and explained one section at a time. The car was detailed before pickup and looked even better than when I first saw it. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the way I was treated.

    pickup was frustrating

    I liked the car, but it wasn’t cleaned well and the pickup took much longer than promised. The lack of updates was disappointing.

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
