Car shopping usually stresses me out, but this visit was surprisingly calm. I was greeted quickly and then given room to browse without someone hovering over me. When I found a crossover I liked, they answered my questions and arranged the test drive right away. The interior was clean, everything worked as expected, and there were no strange surprises during signing. I especially appreciated that the terms were explained before I committed. I drove home happy with both the vehicle and the service.

    pickup was frustrating

    I liked the car, but it wasn’t cleaned well and the pickup took much longer than promised. The lack of updates was disappointing.

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
