I told them right away that I had a firm budget, and I appreciated that they actually respected it. I was shown several practical vehicles without being pushed toward a higher payment. The salesperson knew the inventory and gave me honest answers about mileage, features, and condition. I chose a small sedan that was clean and comfortable, and the final paperwork was easier than expected. I never felt judged or hurried. I’d gladly recommend 2999 Cars to someone shopping for a used vehicle.

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
