I had driven past this dealership a few times and finally stopped when I saw a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. From the beginning, I was treated like a person instead of a sales target. They handed me the keys, gave me space to inspect it, and answered my questions honestly when I came back from the test drive. The numbers were presented clearly and stayed consistent through the paperwork. My trade-in was handled fairly, too. The vehicle was washed and ready before I left. I’ve had it for a while now, and it has been running great. I’m very happy I decided to stop in.

    pickup was frustrating

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
