I’m extremely frustrated with how things changed once the paperwork was signed. A warning light came on shortly after I brought the vehicle home, and I called several times looking for guidance. I kept being told someone would get back to me, but I never received a useful response. I understand that used cars can have issues, but being ignored is unacceptable. I should not have to chase a dealership just to get a basic answer after making a major purchase.

    pickup was frustrating

    I liked the car, but it wasn’t cleaned well and the pickup took much longer than promised. The lack of updates was disappointing.

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
