I stopped by just to look and ended up finding a car that checked nearly every box. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, and I could walk around the lot at my own pace. Once I had questions, someone was available and gave me direct answers. I liked being able to take a thorough test drive before discussing numbers. The paperwork was explained well, and the car was cleaned up before I took it home. I’m glad I gave them a chance.

    pickup was frustrating

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
