I’m happy with the car itself, but the buying process was more scattered than I expected. I had to repeat some information for the paperwork, and the vehicle wasn’t ready at the time I was told to come back. Communication after the sale also took a couple of tries. On the positive side, the salesperson was friendly, the test drive wasn’t rushed, and the car has been dependable so far. Not a bad experience, just one that could have been more organized.

    pickup was frustrating

    I liked the car, but it wasn’t cleaned well and the pickup took much longer than promised. The lack of updates was disappointing.

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
