I came here with my daughter to help her find a dependable first car. We had already visited a few lots where nobody took her budget seriously, so this was a refreshing change. The salesperson spoke directly to her, answered every question, and pointed out the differences between several vehicles without trying to influence her choice. We checked the interior, looked under the hood, and took a good test drive. The paperwork was straightforward, and the car was ready when they said it would be. She is thrilled with it, and I’m relieved she ended up with something clean and comfortable. I would absolutely shop here again.

    pickup was frustrating

    a smooth trade-in

    I needed something with more room and decided to trade in my compact car. The staff looked over my trade while I browsed, then gave me a clear breakdown without making the conversation uncomfortable. I found an SUV that had plenty of cargo space, a clean cabin, and a smooth ride. They encouraged me to test all the controls and take my time before deciding. Signing took a bit, as car paperwork always does, but every document was explained before I put my name on it. The SUV was washed and ready to go by the time we finished. I’m happy with the trade and would return for another vehicle.
