I needed a lift on fairly short notice for a warehouse project. They had an option that fit through our entrance, and the rental terms were easy enough to understand. Delivery was about an hour outside the expected window, which put us behind. The scissor lift also arrived with less charge than I would have liked, though it lasted long enough to complete the main portion of the work. Staff answered when I called and stayed professional throughout. Pickup was smooth and the bill looked consistent with the quote. I’m not unhappy, but the delivery and battery issues keep this from being a stronger review. It was a usable, average rental.

I had workers waiting at the site, and the lift arrived much later than anticipated without an update until I called. The driver was friendly and gave us a quick walkthrough, so that helped. Return pickup went better and was completed without any trouble. I’d consider renting again because the equipment did the job, but I would confirm timing several times if the schedule was tight.
