I used 305hookup for a compact scissor lift rental. Booking was straightforward, and the quote matched what I was charged, which I appreciated. The machine itself had visible wear but operated properly once we got started. My issue was the delivery window. I had workers waiting at the site, and the lift arrived much later than anticipated without an update until I called. The driver was friendly and gave us a quick walkthrough, so that helped. Return pickup went better and was completed without any trouble. I’d consider renting again because the equipment did the job, but I would confirm timing several times if the schedule was tight.

I needed a boom lift for exterior work and the whole rental went smoothly. They helped me choose the right reach without pushing a bigger machine than necessary. Delivery was on time, the lift was clean, and the controls felt solid. The driver took a few minutes to go over the basics before leaving. Pickup was also handled without me having to keep calling.
