I rented a boom lift for a maintenance job and everything important went well. The equipment arrived in good working order, the safety features were easy to check, and the staff explained the return process clearly. They were also patient when I had to confirm jobsite access with my customer. The only downside was a short delay getting the final invoice sent over. Nothing major, and I would still feel comfortable using them again.

    Smooth rental in Miami

    I rented a scissor lift for lighting work and had no problems. They confirmed the site requirements, delivered when promised, and provided a machine that was clean and charged.     I used 305hookup for a compact scissor lift rental. Booking was straightforward, and the quote matched what I was charged, which I appreciated. The machine itself had visible wear but operated properly once we got started. My issue was the delivery window. I had workers waiting at the site, and the lift arrived much later than anticipated without an update until I called. The driver was friendly and gave us a quick walkthrough, so that helped. Return pickup went better and was completed without any trouble. I’d consider renting again because the equipment did the job, but I would confirm timing several times if the schedule was tight.
