I needed a dump trailer on fairly short notice and they helped me find one that fit the job. The tires, lights, and hitch were all in good condition. Staff checked my connection before I pulled away, which I appreciated. Everything worked as it should, and returning it was quick.

I rented a tiller and it handled our packed soil better than expected. The staff was friendly and the rate felt fair. Pickup ran a little behind, but everything else went smoothly.

I rented a mini excavator for a backyard project. The machine itself did the work and seemed mechanically sound, so no complaint there. My issue was the pickup process. I waited longer than expected while the paperwork and equipment inspection were sorted out, and the controls explanation felt rushed once they finally brought it around. I also had trouble getting a clear answer when I called with a question about the return time. The rate seemed reasonable and the equipment got the job done, but communication needs to be more consistent. I might use them again because the machine was reliable, although I’d confirm every detail before arriving.
