Terrible service department experience
Took my bike in for routine maintenance and they held it for three weeks without an update. When I got it back, a part was missing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Friendly staff and clean shop
The showroom is really nice and kept very clean. Everyone was friendly and accommodating when I brought my kid along for the test ride process.
