Terrible service department experience
Took my bike in for routine maintenance and they held it for three weeks without an update. When I got it back, a part was missing. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication.

Communication is really lacking
They ordered a custom part for my bike and told me it would take a week. It ended up being over a month and nobody called to keep me updated on the status.

Good bikes but long wait
The inventory here is solid and I found the motorcycle I wanted. However, the wait time for paperwork to finalize the purchase took forever. The sales staff was nice but clearly understaffed for a Saturday.

Disappointing maintenance visit today
Dropped my bike off for a simple tire swap and they didn't have the tires in stock even though I confirmed by phone beforehand. Total waste of my time.

Professional and fast service
I went in for an oil change and tire check. The guys in the back were super efficient and professional. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend these folks.
