The sales team was friendly, but the final price had some unexpected charges that weren't clearly explained upfront. Love the car, but wasn't a fan of the closing process.

I came in to get a battery replaced and was in and out in less than an hour. Very clean lobby and everyone was very polite.

I was promised my part would arrive on Tuesday. It is now Friday and nobody has returned my calls. Very frustrated with the lack of transparency here.

Service was okay but they forgot to reset my oil change light. Had to drive back the next day to get it fixed properly. Nice staff though.

Had a great time buying my new SUV. Sarah was awesome throughout the entire visit and really took the time to show me how all the tech works.
