Even with an appointment, I waited 45 minutes just to check my car in. Not the level of service I expect from a luxury dealer.

Car came back dirty
Found grease stains on the seats after a routine oil change. Not acceptable for a luxury brand dealership. Very let down today.

Hidden charges on the bill
Noticed fees on my invoice that weren't discussed upfront. When I asked, the manager was defensive. Probably won't come back to this location.
