They do great work here, no doubt about it. But they are quite a bit more expensive than the independent shops in town for the same exact repairs.

Quality repairs and nice advisors
Overall a good shop for any Ford owner. They are thorough, though sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get an appointment scheduled.

Best Ford service around Sebring
I wouldn't take my Mustang anywhere else. John is the best service manager. He always makes sure my car is taken care of and provides clear, honest advice.

Poor communication regarding parts
Was told a part would be in stock on Monday, but it didn't arrive until Thursday. No one called to keep me posted, costing me days without my car.

Bad service and rude management
My car was left in a mess and they refused to take responsibility. The manager was incredibly condescending when I brought it to his attention.
