Went in for a simple check-up, but it took way longer than estimated. To make matters worse, they didn't even fix the initial issue I complained about.

Overall a good shop for any Ford owner. They are thorough, though sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get an appointment scheduled.

I wouldn't take my Mustang anywhere else. John is the best service manager. He always makes sure my car is taken care of and provides clear, honest advice.

Was told a part would be in stock on Monday, but it didn't arrive until Thursday. No one called to keep me posted, costing me days without my car.

My car was left in a mess and they refused to take responsibility. The manager was incredibly condescending when I brought it to his attention.
