Avoid this place. Rude staff and the rental trucks are in poor condition. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Poor communication
No one answers the phone when I call with questions about my account. Hard to manage payments when nobody is around.

Easy access storage
I like the setup here. I can get in and out quickly and I've never felt worried about my belongings. Very secure.

The storage unit was fine, but the access gate was acting up and I had to call for someone to let me in.

Office closed during hours
Website said they were open until 5pm but the office was locked at 4pm when I went to drop off keys. Frustrating.
