Walked in for an upgrade and was out in 20 minutes. The associate, Mark, was extremely efficient and polite. Highly recommend this location.

Worst customer service ever
Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in. Stood there for 20 minutes while the employees were just chatting. Finally left without help.

Very helpful staff in Marco Island
I needed a new phone and a trade-in quote. The manager, Sarah, made the whole process super fast and easy. Great store.

Store is okay but wait times long
Staff is nice, but it is always busy. Expect to stand around for at least 30 minutes even with an appointment.
