They tried to help with my internet connectivity, but they didn't have the technical knowledge to solve it. Had to call support anyway.

Worst customer service ever
Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in. Stood there for 20 minutes while the employees were just chatting. Finally left without help.

Very helpful staff in Marco Island
I needed a new phone and a trade-in quote. The manager, Sarah, made the whole process super fast and easy. Great store.

Came in to add a line for my kid. Everything was handled perfectly and they even helped me set up the parental controls. Great spot.

Store is okay but wait times long
Staff is nice, but it is always busy. Expect to stand around for at least 30 minutes even with an appointment.
