Came in looking for a used Prius and left with a newer model that was in excellent condition. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the entire day. Everything was handled professionally from the test drive to the keys.

The staff were helpful enough, but I spent over four hours here just waiting for the finance guy to be ready. The car is great, but the process felt a bit disorganized compared to other local dealers.

The team at Butler Toyota was very professional. Marcus helped me out with the test drive and the whole process was smooth, though the finance department was a bit backed up and it took longer than I expected to sign the final paperwork.
