The car is solid, but the place is packed on the weekends. Hard to find someone to help you because they are stretched so thin.

Low trade-in offer
They offered me way below market value for my truck. I know it's a dealership, but this was pretty insulting. Probably won't sell to them again.

Horrible financing experience
They messed up the financing numbers three times, causing us to stay until they closed. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.
