The car is fine, but the wait time to finish the paperwork was ridiculous. We spent three hours just waiting to talk to the finance person.

Easiest car buying process
CarMax makes it so simple to get a car. Loved the no-haggle pricing and the selection is huge. I found exactly what I wanted in under an hour.

Low trade-in offer
They offered me way below market value for my truck. I know it's a dealership, but this was pretty insulting. Probably won't sell to them again.

Horrible financing experience
They messed up the financing numbers three times, causing us to stay until they closed. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed.
