Came in for an issue with my air conditioning. They charged me for a diagnostic and didn't even fix the problem. I had to go elsewhere.

Frustrating communication from service
I left my GV80 for a sensor issue. They promised a call by noon but I had to call them at 4 PM to find out they were waiting on a part.

Disappointing wait times
I arrived for a scheduled maintenance appointment and still had to wait over two hours for an oil change. Very disorganized this time.
