Awful experience with customer service
They ignored my warranty claim for weeks. When I went in, the guy at the counter was rude and refused to help. Terrible service.

Service is slow during busy season
Good store, but prepare for a long wait for repairs during the spring. The parts inventory is good, but the service department is overwhelmed.
