The price we agreed on over the phone changed once I got into the finance office. Too many hidden dealer add-ons that I didn't ask for.

Great car but paperwork was slow
I love my new 3 series! The car was detailed perfectly. The only issue was the time spent waiting for the finance manager, he was swamped.

Average experience with recent visit
Car was fixed fine, but the wait in the lounge was longer than I hoped. Wish they offered a loaner vehicle for simple day-long repairs.
