Work was done correctly but the hourly labor rate is quite high compared to independent shops in the area. Customer service was friendly, though.

The service advisor explained everything clearly and didn't try to oversell extra repairs. Just a standard, quality experience at this dealership.

Great car but paperwork was slow
I love my new 3 series! The car was detailed perfectly. The only issue was the time spent waiting for the finance manager, he was swamped.

Average experience with recent visit
Car was fixed fine, but the wait in the lounge was longer than I hoped. Wish they offered a loaner vehicle for simple day-long repairs.
