they did the job fine but communication could be better. dropped off my car early but didnt hear back until late afternoon. service is okay, just wish it was faster.

super friendly folks working here. my air conditioning was acting up and they fixed it up quickly. thanks to sarah for keeping me updated during the whole process.

went in for a tire rotation. the guys are nice and knowledgeable about the rx350 models. it was a bit crowded so the wait was longer than expected but they did a solid job.

the staff is polite but the wait time was pretty long for an oil change. felt like i was waiting forever in the lounge area. they did the work well though.

brought my lexus in for a routine oil change and the team was super efficient. marco at the service desk was professional and made the whole process quick. i was out in under an hour.
