Rented a backhoe that broke down twice. They refused to send a mechanic and just told me to return it. Very poor attitude.

Broken equipment ruined our day
Rented a generator and it wouldn't start. They charged me for the whole day despite the machine being totally useless.

Equipment is solid enough, but customer service on the phone is quite slow. Could use a few more people at the desk.

Solid rental options
Good variety of heavy machines. The staff is helpful, though the counter wait can be long during peak morning hours.
