I tried calling three times about a filter replacement and never got a callback. When I finally went in person, they were helpful, but it's annoying.

Bought our spa here last year and we have had zero issues. The periodic maintenance tips they provide are super helpful for keeping the water clear.

We had a lot of questions about insulation and energy costs, and the staff answered everything. Very professional and they didn't push a specific model.
