It’s a nice dealership, very clean. The service is great but the prices are significantly higher than independent shops. You pay for the badge, I guess.

I’ve been waiting over two weeks for a simple sensor. They keep telling me it’s on backorder. It’s frustrating to own a luxury vehicle and have it sit in the garage.

The mechanics did a good job, but the communication from the service advisor was a bit lacking. I had to call them to check if my car was ready.
