Stood in the lobby for over two hours for an oil change I booked in advance. The service tech, Tom, was nice, but the overall operation seems really disorganized right now.

I dropped off my car at 8 AM. Nobody called me until 4 PM. When I finally got there, the parts weren't even in stock yet. Very disappointed in the lack of updates.
