Went in for a battery issue and they tried to upsell me on a whole transmission flush. Felt like a scam. Left and went to a local shop instead.

Frustrating communication during my service
I dropped off my car at 8 AM. Nobody called me until 4 PM. When I finally got there, the parts weren't even in stock yet. Very disappointed in the lack of updates.
