Staff is nice, but the wait time for my appointment was over two hours. The work was done well but they need to manage their schedule better if they have that many cars booked.

Had a battery issue and they took care of it fast. The service advisor was incredibly helpful and explained the warranty coverage clearly. Highly recommend this team for repairs.

My RX needed new brakes and the technicians were quick and efficient. They even gave the car a complimentary wash. It feels like driving a brand new vehicle off the lot again.

The atmosphere here is so much more relaxed than other dealerships I've visited. They really care about the customer experience and it shows in every interaction I had today.
