Service was standard. They took care of my oil change but it took way longer than expected. Loaner car process was a bit of a headache too.

Easy financing and helpful staff
The financing department was very transparent. No hidden agendas. Got me out the door in my new SUV with a monthly payment that fits my budget.

Mixed feelings on pricing
Good work on the car, but the price for simple maintenance is getting a bit out of hand. I love the brand but might look for an independent shop next time.

Hidden fees ruined the day
They added a bunch of fees I didn't agree to during the financing stage. Felt really pressured by the sales team to sign quickly. Really disappointed with the ethics here.

Helpful staff, long wait
The people at the front desk were great, but the service department is just so busy lately. It took nearly four hours for a basic scheduled maintenance check-up.
