Usually, this place is great, but today the lobby was chaotic and they seemed short-staffed. My appointment started 30 minutes late, which was a bit annoying.

Good work on the car, but the price for simple maintenance is getting a bit out of hand. I love the brand but might look for an independent shop next time.

They added a bunch of fees I didn't agree to during the financing stage. Felt really pressured by the sales team to sign quickly. Really disappointed with the ethics here.
