I gave them my VIN and they still gave me the wrong oil filter for my S-Class. Huge waste of my drive from Naples.

Prices are getting too high
I feel like I'm paying a premium just for the logo on the packaging. Same filters are way cheaper online.

Good service but a wait
Friendly staff, though it took about twenty minutes to get to the counter. Parts were correct for my E-Class though.

Professional and helpful team
The parts counter was organized and the staff were very polite. Got my coolant reservoir quickly and installed it easily.
