The service is good quality, but you really pay for the brand name here. It's tough to justify the cost for basic stuff like wipers and fluids.

Waited three hours for a tire pressure check despite having an appointment. Nobody updated me. Really poor management of the service bay.

Marco handled my service appointment and kept me updated on the progress. The car was ready when promised. Just a bit pricey for an oil change.

Brought the car in twice for an engine noise, and it still hasn't been fixed. Really frustrating experience for such a high-end brand.
